How long does it take for the products to be delivered?

Processing & Dispatching Time for non-custom product: 2-5 working days

How do I track my Order?

You will receive an Email with the tracking number once the product has been dispatched. The Email will include a unique tracking number and a link to track your order. At times it may take some time for the tracking number to become active on the courier system. If you face such an issue, please try again later to view the courier details

How can I use a different mode of payment?

When you log in to your PayPal Account, you will get the option to make the payment through your debit/credit cards. You can use them from your PayPal Account to make the payments for the products you purchase.

What are the Shipping Rates?

For orders below $35, there is a shipping charge of $3.99. Any order beyond $35, shipping is free worldwide.

How do I receive my Jewels?

Your Jewels are delivered to you in a beautiful jewel box nicely packed and delivered in a bag.

Do I have to pay any taxes/duties on your order?

The customer will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These may vary as per country but usually very rare with our order. All customers fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that Sagant Store will not be responsible and does not have any control over any duties, taxes and customs levied by the country your order is being shipped too. These are randomly selected, and we cannot predict them.

What Currency is Used?

Please note that all final prices listed on our website and checkout page are in USD. We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to foreign exchanges rates for international credit cards.

Do you accept returns?

We offer returns from credit cards/PayPal only. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. For any refund, you can mail us at support@sagantstore.com. Post sending us the proof for the reason for the return, kindly donate them.
